DuckWorks LLC. is looking for Drafting Interns to join our office! This internship opportunity is for students interested in working as Drafters. The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting support for the Drafting & Design team.

The training period will depend on the skills acquired by the drafter and is subject to the Drafting Supervisor/Manager evaluation. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Learn to use drafting techniques in adherence to industry standards (AWS) and furniture standards. 

  • Learn the basics and demonstrate proficiency in Architectural Millwork, Cabinet Vision, and Microvellum. 

  • Read and interpret construction documents and specifications including A Drawings, ID, and Plumbing. 

  • Basic knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and Bluebeam Studio.

Condition of Employment

  • Unpaid and in-person student internship
